Infrastructure Advisory01 / The question it answers
Is our maintenance regime right for this asset, at this cost, at this availability?
02 / When clients commission it
When maintenance cost is rising without a matching improvement in availability; ahead of a regime change; before a maintenance contract is renewed or retendered.
03 / What we look at
- the current regime and its basis
- failure and intervention data, and what it does and does not support
- the relationship between intervention frequency, cost and availability
- the maintenance organisation and its competence profile
- the contractual mechanism the regime sits inside
04 / What you receive
- a written review of the regime against the asset, the cost and the availability target
- the options with their cost and risk consequences
- a recommendation with the reasoning shown
