The operating model
How the practice is led
Engagements are led and delivered by senior principals. The person named in the proposal is the person who does the work. Associates are used where specialist input is genuinely required, and are identified as associates. The practice is engaged directly by the organisation facing the decision, and as named senior input within a wider advisory team assembled by others.
We are independent from delivery: no design, build or supply interest. The practice is deliberately small and does not compete on scale.
