Infrastructure Advisory01 / The question it answers
We need one senior independent view on this specific question.
02 / When clients commission it
Before a board, funder or executive decision; when internal views have diverged; when an independent position is needed quickly and cannot be assembled internally.
03 / What we look at
- the specific question
- the evidence available for it
- the decision it has to support
- nothing wider unless you ask for it
04 / What you receive
- a short written opinion
- the reasoning shown and the limits of the evidence stated plainly
05 / Who does the work
Senior principals deliver the work. The person named in the proposal is the person who does the work.
06 / Boundaries
This is advisory work, independent from delivery. It does not include an audit, assurance certification, legal or financial advice or a second engagement by implication.
Evidence and the specific question enter; we examine the defined scope; you receive a written output with reasoning and limits shown.
