Westheath Management Consultancies (WMC) was established to bridge the critical gap often seen between Engineering & Maintenance teams and Contract & Commercial functions. Our mission is to foster alignment and clarity between these areas by promoting a culture grounded in our CONCISE values: Collaboration, Integrity, and Service Excellence.
Our team brings together more than six decades of combined commercial and technical expertise, drawn from some of the most complex live rail networks and major infrastructure projects across the UK, Europe (including Austria, France, Germany, and Portugal), the Middle East, and Africa. We’ve consistently provided practical solutions to technical and contractual challenges at all phases of the project lifecycle.
While our core focus is on Strategic Advisory within the rail sector, we also support large-scale projects across the built environment. We expand our capability by working with trusted Associates who contribute a further 50+ years of industry experience across the UK, Ireland, Hong Kong, and Australia.

Our logo, with its signature turquoise-green palette, symbolises that heritage. The colour evokes the natural harmony between the green landscapes around the original Westheath home and the expansive skies above – a perfect balance between stability and ambition. It’s a visual reflection of who we are: grounded in our past, and confidently looking to the future.
