Westheath Management Consultancies (WMC) was borne out of a disconnect encountered between Engineering & Maintenance and Contract & Commercial departments to bring focus and cohesion on the strategically important interdepartmental handshake, founded on CONCISE principles of Collaboration, Integrity and Service Excellence.

We bring over 40 years of combined technical and commercial experience on the world’s largest live railway environments and projects under construction, across the United Kingdom, Europe (Germany, Austria, France) and the Middle East, solving some of the most challenging problems faced at different points in the projects’ lifecycles. 

​We aim to provide Strategic Advisory Services across the Rail Sector predominantly, but also major projects in the built environment and can enhance our offerings by calling on Associates with a further combined 50+ years of wider industry experience across the United Kingdom, Ireland, Hong Kong and Australia.
